Les présentes conditions régissent l'utilisation du site The Klub Agency ainsi que le processus de candidature au réseau Inner Klub. L'exploitant du site est The Klub Agency, entreprise individuelle enregistrée en Pologne.
2. Utilisation du site
Le contenu du site (textes, visuels, méthode Customer-Creator Fit) est la propriété de [Nom du fondateur / raison sociale] et ne peut être reproduit sans autorisation écrite préalable. Les informations présentées le sont à titre indicatif et ne constituent pas un engagement contractuel — toute prestation fait l'objet d'un devis et d'un contrat séparé.
3. Limitation de responsabilité
The Klub Agency s'efforce d'assurer l'exactitude des informations publiées sur le site, sans garantie de résultat commercial pour les marques accompagnées. Les données de marché citées proviennent de sources tierces (PwC, ECDB...) et sont fournies à titre informatif.
4. Qui peut candidater
La candidature à Inner Klub est ouverte à toute personne physique âgée d'au moins 16 ans, disposant d'un compte actif sur Instagram et/ou TikTok. En dessous de 16 ans, le consentement écrit d'un représentant légal est requis avant tout traitement de candidature.
5. Processus de sélection
Les candidatures sont évaluées selon la méthode Customer-Creator Fit (adéquation avec l'univers de marque ou usage réel du produit), et non selon le nombre d'abonnés. La soumission d'une candidature ne garantit pas une sélection ni une collaboration future. En cas de sélection, les termes précis de la collaboration (rémunération, durée, droits d'usage du contenu, éventuelle clause d'exclusivité) sont définis dans un contrat individuel signé avec chaque créateur·rice — ils ne sont pas fixés par le présent règlement.
6. Conformité des publications sponsorisées
Toute collaboration commerciale menée dans le cadre d'Inner Klub doit être signalée conformément aux recommandations de l'UOKiK (mention claire du caractère sponsorisé/commercial de la publication).The Klub Agency reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit polonais. Tout litige relève, à défaut de résolution amiable, des juridictions compétentes en Pologne.

Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of The Klub Agency website as well as the application process for the Inner Klub network. The site is operated by [Founder name / JDG business name], a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.
2. Use of the site
The site's content (text, visuals, the Customer-Creator Fit method) is the property of [Founder name / business name] and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization. Information presented is indicative only and does not constitute a contractual commitment — any service is subject to a separate quote and contract.
3. Limitation of liability
[Founder name] strives to ensure the accuracy of information published on the site, without guaranteeing commercial results for the brands supported. Market data cited comes from third-party sources (PwC, ECDB, DHL, FedEx) and is provided for informational purposes.
4. Who can apply
Applying to Inner Klub is open to any individual aged 16 or above, with an active Instagram and/or TikTok account. Below the age of 16, the written consent of a legal guardian is required before any application can be processed.
5. Selection process
Applications are assessed using the Customer-Creator Fit method (fit with the brand's world or real product use), not follower count. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or a future collaboration. If selected, the precise terms of the collaboration (compensation, duration, content usage rights, any exclusivity clause) are set out in an individual contract signed with each creator — they are not fixed by this general rule document.
6. Sponsored content compliance
Any commercial collaboration carried out through Inner Klub must be disclosed in accordance with UOKiK guidelines (clear labeling of the sponsored/commercial nature of the post).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute, failing an amicable resolution, falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
